Balvaig Cottage Bed and Breakfast, Sutherland. Bookings and Enquiries.

Balvaig Cottage B&B sits in tranquil woodland near a national scenic area.

You are welcome to contact us by email, by telephone, or postal address (details at foot of page).
Or you can use the booking form below. Please remember to hit the "send" button when you are finished! Your details will be kept confidential and will not be passed onto any third party without your permission.

We offer discounts for longer stays; the longer the stay the greater the discount, and we have special deals if you are a group or family needing budget accommodation for a holiday. We have a come-and-go-as-you-please policy and permit a limited degree of self catering (e.g. you can prepare your sandwiches for the day in our kitchen if you wish) to make longer stays easy. We are very informal and we like to get to know our guests. We also welcome workers who need accommodation.

We are a small B&B, and we generally like to hold our limited space for those wishing to take a full or part holiday or retreat here, or workers needing accommodation for several days or more. Also we do not have the staff to handle continuous room changeovers. Therefore, please bear in mind that for advance bookings, especially during the busier months, we are generally orientated towards longer stays rather than single night stopovers.

Stays of less than 3 nights are available only at short notice, or during the off-season.
